Yes. Your initial $50 website subscription payment includes our 7-Day Risk-Free Start. If you decide Tech Turtle isn't right for your business within 7 calendar days of your original purchase, you can cancel and receive a refund of that first $50 website payment. If canceled, the Tech Turtle website will be taken offline and remains the property of Tech Turtle. Completed one-time services, third-party costs and separately purchased add-ons may not be refundable once work has been performed.
Yes. Cancellation stops future subscription charges according to the billing and cancellation terms.
The website goes offline. The website, its code and design implementation stay with Tech Turtle and aren't transferred elsewhere. If Tech Turtle acquired your domain, you can buy it for $50.
You own your business, your logo and the content you provide. Tech Turtle owns and maintains the subscription website system, its code, design implementation and platform. Your subscription keeps the website online. The written terms control if anything here differs.
If Tech Turtle acquires a domain for your subscription website, Tech Turtle owns and manages it. If you already own your domain, it stays yours — we just connect it.
Yes. If you cancel, you can buy a Tech Turtle-acquired domain for $50 one time, transferred subject to normal registrar requirements. That purchase covers the domain name only — not the website, files, code, design, dashboard or platform.
No. The $50/month model works because Tech Turtle builds, hosts and maintains the website within our platform. If you cancel, the website goes offline rather than being transferred. The domain can be purchased and transferred when applicable.
You keep owning it. We point it at your new website, and if you cancel it simply stays with you.
Yes. Your initial build and a reasonable pre-launch approval round are included. After launch, 1 change is included each billing month, and additional changes are $50 each. Major work is quoted separately.
A reasonable, contained update: new hours, a replaced image, updated prices, staff info, edited copy, a new phone number, or adding/changing an item in an existing section. Redesigns, new functionality, ecommerce, large new pages and complex integrations are quoted separately.
Customers can send an appointment or service request through your website. It isn't confirmed until you contact them. If you use an external booking platform, your Book Now button can link straight to it.
Yes. We don't replace your booking software — we link your Book Now button directly to it.
Yes. Every click on your Book Now button is counted in your dashboard, shown separately from submitted requests. A click shows interest — it isn't a confirmed appointment.
