1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help websites function and remember your preferences. Similar technologies include local and session storage in your browser.

2. What we use, and what we don't

We keep our use of cookies and similar technologies intentionally minimal. We use only the following categories:

  • Strictly necessary: required for the website to function and to keep it secure (for example, load balancing and basic security). These cannot be switched off in our systems.
  • Functional: remember choices such as your display or theme settings so the site works the way you expect.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics 4): measure aggregate traffic, such as page views and basic device/browser type, on our public website. These run in a privacy-respecting configuration with advertising and targeting features turned off.

We do NOT use advertising or targeting cookies, social-media tracking cookies, or retargeting pixels. Our analytics are limited to first-party session measurement and Google Analytics 4; we do not use analytics to sell or share your personal information or to serve you targeted ads. Google Analytics does not run for our internal team, on our client or admin areas, or on non-production environments.

3. Analytics and consent

We run Google Analytics 4 on our public website to measure aggregate traffic. We use it in a privacy-respecting configuration: advertising and targeting features are turned off, and we do not sell or share your personal information or use it to serve targeted ads. If you prefer to opt out, you can use Google's browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or block analytics cookies through your browser settings. If we ever add advertising or targeting technologies that require opt-in consent, we will update this disclosure and provide the appropriate consent controls first.

4. Managing cookies

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Because the only cookies we use are strictly necessary or functional, blocking them may cause parts of the site to stop working or to forget your preferences.
